1. Club Duties

• Created and implemented a club-wide vision and strategic plan for the club.

• Hosted monthly meetings with all coaches to coordinate and disseminate information.
• Worked with Directors of Coaching to provide an annual written evaluation of all coaches to the Board of Directors Executive Committee.

3. Club Operations

• Worked with the Board of Directors on Strategic Planning and Growth of the club.

4. College Placement

• Created and maintained a structure to introduce, encourage, guide, and support players seeking the opportunity to play college soccer.

• Helped players set realistic expectations for college placement by finding their right fit.
• Organized and hosted group planning sessions for players interested in playing collegiate soccer.
