-Teach wrestlers of any skill level, age, gender identity, physical ability, and mental capacity

- Monitor to ensure that they are learning safe and proper technique

- Register wrestlers online for tournaments/competitions

- Book hotels

- Organize travel and accommodations for the competitors

- Check in on students who are struggling with grades

- Make sure there is food at competitions for people who cannot bring their own

- Check in on wrestlers who are struggling to be part of the team

- Took gear reservations over the phone and by email.

- I answered phone calls regarding our services and hours of operation.

- Labeled and/or fixed damaged gear

- Put together reserved gear for customers

- Planned, organized, and ran multi day outdoor trips

- Planned, organized, and ran multi day indoor teaching clinics

- Helped teach new staff

- Maintained a safe atmosphere in the climbing gym

-Took mobile, phone, and walk in orders

-Seated guests

-Cleaned restaurant

-Bussed/cleaned tables

-Opened/closed restaurant

-Delegated work to servers and other hostesses

-Managed floor space
