o LUSAIL MARINA COM-05

The tower is located at a water front plot, for one of the best ever locations on Lusail. The project composed of 3 basements + G+2 podium + 24 floor (total height = approx. 134 m from ground level). Foundation under the building is expected to be raft / pile caps / pile assisted raft. Bottom level of foundation is, for the tower, -14 M BGL & 13.5 for the podium.

o LUSAIL MIX 11 HOTEL

The tower is located at a water front plot, for one of the best ever locations on Lusail. The project shall comprise a mix of 5 stars Hotel with approx. 250 keys and fully operated services apartments with 100 keys, this should be in addition to the relevant amenities, Restaurants , services and parking spaces of an area of approximately 85,000 m2 built up area distributed onto 2 basements, 3 podium and 35 typical floors.

o BALADNA DAIRY FARM

Baladna is Qatar’s leading animal husbandry organization. Aiming towards self-sufficiency of Qatar’s livestock industry, Baladna has established a mega farm in North of Doha; which is covering 2.4 million sqm and upon completion shall have capacity to house 15,000 cows and 20,000 sheep and goats.

The Environmentally Controlled Dairy Farm of Baladna is divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 of the project covering 382,000 m2 with the capacity of 4,000 cows is already completed, while the Phase 2 covering BUA of 447,321 m2 with the capacity of 14,000 cows is in progress. Project estimated cost is about QR 2.0 Billion.

o LUSAIL LRT SYSTEMS, LUSAIL CITY, QATAR

Qatar Rail Authority is developing an international mass transit system in Lusail City, Doha; the Lusail Light Rail Transit (LLRT) System is a part of integrated transportation system and Qatar’s National Vision. It will not only facilitate the visitors, employees, and residents of Lusail, but it will also act as backbone for the transportation system during FIFA World Cup 2022. The design and construction of LLRT is divided into four lines – Green, Yellow, Red and Purple. The four lines network will cross over the city covering an approx. distance of 38 Km with 37 stations including at-grade, elevated and underground stations. The LLRT project is grouped into three sections: 1) At-Grade section consists of 22.7 km at-grade and elevated track having 24 at-grade stations, 1 elevated station, 2 open-cut and 2 enclosed stations. 2) Underground section consists of 10.4 km of underground track having 8 stations. 3) Depot.

o QATAR NATIONAL MUSEUM

The new Qatar National Museum is planned to be built on approximately 150,000 m² of land that lies at the southern tip of Doha Bay. The site consist of 2 plots separated by the existing Al Muthaf Road, “ MUTAF” is Arabic for museum and the road was thus named because the original Qatar National Museum lies on the northern plot and will be preserved and incorporated in the planned museum.

The National Museum of Qatar is built around a historic structure, the Fariq Al Salatah Palace, built by the late Sheikh Abdullah Bin Jassim Al-Thani as his residence and seat of government. The Palace was renovated in 1975 as Qatar’s National Museum. The museum is prominently located at the south end of Doha’s Corniche, where it will be the first monument seen by travelers arriving from the airport. Design Highlights: The design takes the form of a ring of low-lying, interlocking pavilions, which encircle a large courtyard area (The caravanserai) and the historic palace.

o WARWICK HOTEL DOHA (B+G+M+6)

The project is Al Madaen Hotel in Doha City in Qatar. It comprises the construction of 5 stars hotel – 169 Room, (B+G+7Floors+R) comprising basement car park, ground floor, seven floor levels and Roof. The ground floor consists of Reception Lobby and 2 Restaurants. For the 1st floor area has 4 meeting rooms, Business Centre and caféteria. The hotel also includes Spa and swimming pool at the Roof Taft area. With a total Built up area 12,367 sqm. The project is a design for all Architectural and Engineering disciplines and to provide the client with site supervision services during construction period. The estimated total cost of the project is about 120 millions QR.

o SHERATON DOHA HOTEL RESORT AND ASSOCIATED FACILITIES

The project is a Design and Construction Supervision for all of the external landscape works of the hotel including but not limited to all water features, streetscape and associated Facilities buildings as well.

The design scope is including full engineering of all multi-disciplinary including structure & electromechanical. The water features are consisting of: four items, kids’ pools, Jacuzzi, lagoon, & the lazy river. The buildings are consisting of: Restaurants, Cafeteria, and Banquette Area.

It is overlooking the West Bay of Qatar’s capital city and the clear blue waters of the Arabian Gulf, the Sheraton Doha Resort & Convention Hotel stands amid 70 acres of landscaped gardens.

o DEVELOPMENT OF LAND AT EIN KHALED – RESIDENTIAL

Residential compound which consist two types of buildings: 2 bedrooms building which comprise of 176 two bedroom apartment and Row houses building that comprise of 168 units including 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom & studio units. The compound include all facilities such as club house , swimming pool, tennis courts, multipurpose court, Cafeteria , supermarket a kids play ground with the total compound building coverage of 21,231.57m².

o DEVELOPMENT OF LAND AT EIN KHALED – COMMERCIAL

The Commercial development approx. 320 meters long, 25 meter wide & B+G+M+2 floors, offering a wide range of show rooms & retails at Ground and Mezzanine Levels and two floors is allocated for office spaces with ample parking spaces at basement as well as on the ground floor with a Total built up area of 38,281m².

o SMASH TENNIS ACADEMY

Construction of Smash Tennis Academy; the project construction site is located at the South end of the existing KHALIFA Tennis & Squash Complex, Doha Qatar. The project is for construction of Tennis Academy having 2 no. of Indoor courts and 5 no. open courts with accommodation facility for students and supervising staff, Recreation Room, Kitchen, Dining facility, Coffee shop, Gymnasium, Administration block, Visitors Lobby, Landscaped area, Electrical substation. MEP service rooms open and covered parking, external works and site services, internal roads, paving and landscaping. The main building will have a built up area of appx. 9000m2.

o SHEMOUKH TWIN TOWERS

This twin office building consists of 3B+G+M+22 floors high with the total built up area of 110,000 m2. The building is a high technical feature with considerations to the major characters of the building in the adjacent to La Cigale Hotel.

o LUSAIL MARINA COM 30 &32 – MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY

The project is twin office buildings at Lusail area consists of 20 floors High with the total built up area of 38,000 m² each. The estimated total cost of the project is about 320 million QR.

o LUSAIL MARINA COM 46 – KATARA HEAD QUARTER

The project is an office building at the Lusail area consists of 2B+G+19floors high. The unique design will make the project one of the distinguished buildings at the Lusail Area. With the total built up area of 29,000 m2.

o RENOVATION OF QATAR MEDIA COMPLEX

The project site is the premises of existing Qatar Radio and Television Corporation Complex. The work comprises of total reconstruction of the external works including perimeter fencing, hard and soft landscaping. This will necessitate controlled demolitions of designated buildings, fence, landscaping and other miscellaneous structures with adequate care and protection of existing services.

The new buildings in this scope include three numbers luxury gates (VIP, Employees and Visitors) two mosques, administration building, store building, substation building and three underground water tanks. The external works includes extensive greenery, asphalt driveway and parking, interlocking pavement, covered parking shed and lighting. Decorative boundary fence is also part of the scope.

o AL KHALEEJ LAND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

The site of the Khaleej Street Land Development Project is located in Al Khaleej St. Bin Mahmoud Area, Doha, and State of Qatar. The project works consist of Excavation, Piling and the construction, completion, handover and maintenance of Commercial and Residential Buildings, including all associated mechanical and electrical works, and external works. The Commercial and Residential building comprise 2 basements, ground floor, mezzanine floors and up to 10 Upper floors. (G+7) to (G+M+10). With approximate total built up area of 155,000 m2.

o DOHA CITY CENTER EXPANSION PHASE PHASE III ( SHANGRI LA, ROTANA AND MERWEB HOTEL TOWERS

The Project is Doha City Center Expansion 3 high rise Hotel Towers of 54 floors and basement (three floors) parking areas, with 2 full-area connecting buildings of 8 floors Podiums), Hotels namely: Shangri-La, Rotana, Merweb, built on about 460,000 square meters, with an approximate cost value of about QR 1.5 Billion.

Established in EHAF as Senior Project Manager spearheaded the team to execute and conclude the project of Porto Arabia “Tower” and Phase II Project Manager of 5 Hotels @ City Center Doha, due to his excellence he was observed for being hard work, good leadership as well as overall contributions he is sufficiently work in a superior position for that he was promoted as above.

o THE PEARL QATAR - Porto Arabia “ Tower “

Located in Porto Arabia district of Pearl-Qatar project is high rise residential Tower of 30 floors and 4 floors of parking, 20 floors apartment of studios, 2 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms flats and 4 duplexes apartments with a health club and entertainment facilities. With the total built up area of 25000 m².

o DOHA CITY CENTER EXPANSION PHASE II (MARRIOTT RENAISSANCE & MARRIOTT COURTYARD) +

The Project is Doha City Center Expansion 2 high rise Hotel Towers of 54 floors and basement (three floors) parking areas, with 2 full-area connecting buildings of 8 floors Podiums), Hotels under the names : Shangri-La, Rotana, Merweb, built on about 460,000 square meters, with an approximate cost value of about QR 1 Billion.

o RAYA Corporate Headquarter in sixth of October City

In collaboration with Ellerbe Becket ( The Electro-mechanical Consultant ), EHAF Consulting Engineers is undertaking the preparation of the design Development and construction document for RAYA Corporate Headquarter in the Sixth of October City. The total area of Office Space in this building total 15000 sq. m. In addition, the building is equipped with state of the art communication utilities and is intended to reflect the soaring technological image of the RAYA Corporation.

o National Societe Generale (NSGB) Bank Complex in Cairo

The National Societe Generale Bank commissioned EHAF Consulting Engineers to undertake the design and construction management and supervision of its headquarter. Their basic requirements were that the building be innovative and that it reflects the corporate image exemplified by the Headquarter of the Societe Generale Bank in La Defense, Paris. In addition on this, the owners wanted the building to be a smart building.


o Cairo Barclays Bank Headquarter Refurbishment

After accruing the majority of holder stake in the Cairo Barclays , the bank decided to renovate and facelift its 30 years headquarter in Egypt , the renovation included Architectural, Structural and Electromechanical elements. Prestige, Premier and Personal banking strategy of Barclays has been incorporated in the new building. Operation, Trading, Credit, management and information Technology department has been relocated in the building to match the new banking system that deliver the service accurately and rapidly.
