My duties as a Key Team Member were to assist in the opening rolls of the restaurant. I would go in and open and assist in the preparation of prep sheets or items, food orders, produce orders, deliveries, and all janitorial duties that all my employees were assigned to do. In turn all Service duties would have to be set and ready for the opening times. After opening, my role was to handle all management issues and control the restaurant as a service manager.
