To provide P&C claim reporting service and support to existing clients while keeping the VP SRMS informed of activities, changes, or problems in client claims, assisting with gathering of information, and following claims until conclusion to ensure optimal claim resolution for our clients.
Duties/Responsibilities:
*Set up new claims in the agency management system (EPIC)
*Maintain system claims/client files in an orderly manner
*Generate various reports from EPIC
*Preparation of agency and client claim reviews
*Follow agency Best Practices procedures for client correspondence and claim documents
*Perform job in a manner that will prevent errors and omissions
*Run loss runs, activity reports and updating of various claim reports
*Assist with other duties in support of VP of SRMS/department
*Handle and route communications to co-workers and other departments
*Work distribution of faxes and routed communications
*Responsible for following and complying with all aviation safety rules and regulations
*Perform daily fuel/delivery system quality assurance checks
*Fueling/de-icing aircraft as needed
*Responsible for greeting, parking towing, moving, and marshaling aircraft arriving and/or departing
*Assist passengers and/or crew with baggage/cargo
*Assist with wing-walking duties
*Responsible for lavatory and water services; providing oil for aircraft
*General cleaning and clearing of debris from ramp, building and customer areas

*Negotiates and settles claims in accordance with best unit business practices
