• Assist and support PLM, Supervisor in planning/organizing of daily activities and schedules of production associates and support decisions in support of business goals
• Analyzes, develops, and implements long-term supply chain strategies, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns by Leading Molding Scheduling & Planning process
• Supporting Engineering validation activities of both thermoplastic and silicone injection molds working with all stakeholders including Engineering, Production and Quality
• Support Molding Engineering Troubleshoot processes to mitigate production defects
• Experienced on ERP software SAP,IQS and IQMS (integrated quality management system) Collect, calculate, interpret and trend results and Perform statistical analysis
• SAP PROCESS EXPERT, Serves as Unit’s ERP (SAP) “Super User” unit’s first point of contact for SAP related questions
• Participate in selection, development, monitoring of, performance management and overall improvement of several process team members
• Knowledge of SAP functionality with experience in working on system
• Provide testing support to testers during Test phase Work with Alcon cutover plan and ensures regional/site cutover plans are aligned
• Keeps close communication with ERP development team
• Oversee implementation of systems, policies and procedures to ensure that products and services meet regulatory and quality standards, Monitor processes, identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• Responsible for performing Product Quarantine activities, such as entering product into quarantine, completing quarantine documentation, reviewing/disposition non-conformance records for quarantine release and removal of product from quarantine area
• Taking responsibility for opening, investigate and closing (DCT & NCI), on Track wise system and collect information & investigation for Molding Dept.
• And Participate in root cause analysis
• Maintain and improve product quality by performing and documenting robust root cause investigations and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions
• Accurate and Timely response to and completion of Non Conformances
• Ensure process and documentation is compliance with 21CFR820, ISO, and other regulatory requirements as well as internal requirements
• Knowledge on Quality System Regulation, ISO / EN ISO 13485
• Interact in team environment with Operations, Quality Engineering, Compliance, and Engineering personnel and participate in work groups to help improve process and increase product quality while keeping within compliance with site Quality Systems procedures
• Perform activities that ensure required quality and safety standards are being met for products
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified ,had been owned implementation and participating in different projects as following:

- Molding Kanban System

- Utilize A3 to drive improvement on Centurion hydraulic oil

- Utilize A3 to drive improvement on Centurion Discoloration

- Utilize A3 to drive improvement on RSA Failure Values

- Molding DHR Improvements

- Molding OEE

• Mentor and provide guidance and recommended coping mechanisms for new Alcon Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trainees in their projects
