For after care I work until 3-5:30. In after care I work with kinder. They come after school. After care has had a lot of great memories from the kids.
For summer camp I work different times. I usually work 10 hour shifts or 5 hour hour shifts. I teaches behavior management strategies to maintain a positive atmosphere within the group setting.
I collaborate closely with fellow aides and counselors to create an enjoyable summer experience that exceeded expectations for both campers and staff members alike.
