Leadership & Collaboration

• Serve as Grade Level Chair over multiple years, fostering collaboration among team members and supporting team-wide instructional goals focused on high quality instruction and continuous improvement.
• Act as a Mentor Teacher, supporting a beginning teacher through coaching, modeling best practices, and ongoing guidance
• Actively participate in weekly Professional Learning Team (PLT) meetings to analyze data, share strategies, and improve instructional outcomes alongside teachers, administrators and valuable specialized instructional support staff.
• Collaborate closely with specialized instructional support staff to identify student needs, implement targeted interventions, and support continuous progress.

School & Community Engagement

• Prior member of the School Improvement Team, contributing to data analysis, goal setting, and strategic planning
• Served on the PTA Committee, strengthening family engagement and community partnerships by actively participating in and planning special events, like a campus beautification art project.
• Promote parental involvement in their child's education by maintaining open lines of communication and hosting regular parent-teacher conferences to support student success and whole-child development.
