As a Shift Manager at Dunkin', I greet and welcome customers with a positive attitude to create a friendly and inviting environment. I accurately take customer orders and efficiently handle POS transactions. I am responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, including dining areas, kitchen spaces, and supply stations. I also train and support new crew members, helping to foster a collaborative and productive team atmosphere. In addition, I ensure that all safety and sanitation guidelines are consistently followed to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

I worked as an Amazon Associate where I helped pick, pack, and ship customer orders. I made sure to meet daily goals, keep my work area clean and organized, and follow all safety rules. I worked as part of a team to get orders out on time.
