The Master Enterprise Catalog (MEC) is a centralized system that brings together and manages all product-related data used across an organization's different departments and platforms—like Business Support Systems (BSS), Operational Support Systems (OSS).
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools are platforms used to manage a company's interactions with current and potential customers. These tools help in organizing, automating, and synchronizing sales, marketing, customer service, and support processes.
Creating customer profiles – entering and managing customer details in the system.
Setting up billing profiles – configuring how and where the customer is billed.
Managing financial accounts – tracking billing history, payments, and account balances.
Raising trouble tickets – logging and managing customer issues or service requests directly through the CRM system for faster resolution.
Utilized Jira for project management and issue tracking, including creating and managing user stories, tasks, and sprint boards to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Delivered high-quality features in a Scrum-based Agile environment , contributing to sprint planning, task estimation, and continuous delivery through regular team syncs and retrospectives.
