• Install, rearrange, and maintain wiring inside and outside the customer’s premises, and between customer locations for residential and business customers.

Perform necessary work to connect, disconnect, test, repair, and maintain various types of company and customer-provided phones and equipment.

Perform diagnostic tests on integrated circuit equipment to determine trouble. Interpret service orders and circuit diagrams received via tablet.
