- Tasks Covered:

~ Procedures and guidelines performed by State DOTs were collected and a close analysis for each step that takes place in the production of asphalt mixture at the production facilities was conducted to indicate the best practice for each step.

~ Calibration and verification techniques were also studied to ensure the accurate delivery of the needed quantities.

~ Procedures and guidelines on the mix components, plant equipment, and plant controls were established.

• Design new construction asphalt pavements as well as designing different rehabilitation and maintenance activities.
• Conduct Superpave mix design as well as Superpave binder testing.
• Conduct different asphalt mixture performance testing.
• Conduct design of Cold In-Place Recycling and Slurry Seal.
• Conduct backcalculation of the moduli for all asphalt pavement layers.

• Answered multi-line phone system, routing calls, delivering messages to staff and greeting visitors.
• Executed record filing system to improve document organization and management.
• Received and sorted incoming mail and packages to record, dispatch, and proceed with the intended procedure.
• Data entry covering all the needed information about technicians working in Nevada.
• Exam registration and certificate issuance allowing technicians to practice work under the approval of Nevada Alliance for Quality Transportation Construction (NAQTC).

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Implement a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions, preferences, and purchase history.
• Ensure monthly sales target is achieved.
• Guided and lead project teams, delegating tasks and evaluating performance and progression of project pace.

• Assess Beirut's Buildings after the explosion of the port in 2020.
• Detect critically damaged buildings that may put the public’s safety into concern.
• Fill out assessments of the damaged buildings under the supervision of the Order of Engineers.
• Estimate the losses for each damaged house and report it to the Lebanese Army.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.
• Document and report any deviations, issues, or discrepancies observed during inspections.
• Participate in project finishing activities, including facing, plastering, painting, tiling and flooring.
