• Care Extender Internship (Current) - Clinical Volunteer at Ronald Reagan Hospital for Medical Telemetry Unit
• Umma Volunteer Project (Current) - Islah LA Academy/UCLA: Engaged in Clinical Rotations, where I educated patients on health disparities, administered blood pressure assessments, distributed dental kits, and managed activities at the kids' table.
• American Cancer Society Relay for Life (Past) - Team Captain, I picked our booth spot, distributed fundraising punch cards, organized kindness chains, ran a face painting station, gathered walker donations, and raised $500 for breakthrough research.
• Walk to End Alzheimer's (Past) - Team Captain of 40+ volunteers, organized a pandemic-friendly CRV drive throughout town, raising $700+ solely from recycling cans and bottles
• Beautiful Mind Project (Current) - Social Media Intern for an organization that addresses mental health in Muslim communities.
• Al-Talib News Magazine (Current) - Writer for UCLA's first Muslim news magazine. Published several articles relating to bridging beliefs.
• MSA PR Team Intern - (Current) Graphics intern for the Muslim Student Association, creating posts for 3000+ followers.
• Soup Kitchen Volunteer (Past) - (150 hours) Helped bake pizza, and set up plates, utensils, and dishes to serve my hometown. Maintained meaningful connections with the community, cooks, and volunteers.
• Burroughs Blockbuster Editor-in-Chief (Past) - Published 50+ articles over the course of my high-school year, created News website, stayed at school until 11 PM on press days to ensure timely delivery.
• Interact Club President (Past) - Pitched initiative to create social media account for club which increased attendance from 15 members to 40. Created opportunities for student body to volunteer, such as CRV Drives, bake sells for unhoused children, soup kitchens, etc.
