Projects

(1) Heart attack prediction based on medical features and clinical data

-Using Data analysis techniques, and python libraries, I created a model that can predict how likely a patient may get a heart attack based on multiple features. I was responsible for cleaning the data, writing the code, and establishing the model.

(2) Potential anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties of Parkinsonia Aculeata

-The testing is currently in the preliminary stages, with data collection and analysis ongoing. Findings from this research could contribute to the novel of phytochemical-based therapies and nutraceutical.

(3) Bacterial conversion of bio-wastes into bio-fuel

-Conducted a research about a potential usage of a genetically modified bacteria that can convert carbon dioxide captured from atmosphere and urea extracted from urine into bio-fuel.
