Job overview

  • As a crew member I was responsible for running the drive thru, keeping service times low, and working with a manual cash drawer where I counted all customer change mentally.
  • Quickly promoted to crew trainer which left me with all the same responsibilities and also added on training the new crew members for the front end of the restaurant.
  • When I turned 18 I was promoted to a shift supervisor where I added key carrying, cash drawer and safe verifying, daily inventory, running and controlling shifts, and completing bank deposits to my list of daily responsibilities.
