• (HMI) Human Machine Interface for CTA Libraries, Egress, Cooling tubes, Cell Manager.
• Basic knowledge of programmable Logic Controllers. (PLCs)
• Cooling Tube Inspection and rack loading, Ingress/egress Cooling Tube Manual load lines 1 though 3
• CTA Librarians Lines 1 through 3 load and unload.
• Manual removal/installation of "7-Up Carts" from All three CTA lines.
• Manual unload of Bandoliers from fixtures using the "Cracking table."
• Quality Inspect removed Bandoliers from fixtures for rework. final products to meet the high quality standards of Teslas' quality standards and MI's
• Conducted quality inspections at EOL. Parts requiring rework were sent to NCM reworks. All Reworked parts were then re-introduced into complete sets after I Quality inspected them as per the MI.
• QIS Certified. (One of the first.)
• Train the Trainer certified. (Also one of the first.)
