Avid reader, got my start in acting through a visit to a Philadelphia Library

I read through the entire small children's section of my local library and so at age eight, I was taken to the main Library branch in Phila., PA, where I stumbled into a creative dramatics group for children while looking for the restroom - I was asked to stay and then invited to join a children's acting troupe - the rest is history . . .
