  • Ship Clerk: dealing with 3rd party drivers, contacting TOM, sending out trailers, creating cases, and calculating numbers. Work with SSP attaching and detaching before CPT and attaching for 8 hours. Sending carts and empty trailers to the doors. Everything goes on time.
  • Flow: focusing allocations and deallocations, calling out for high-risk volume and blue lights, working on Recirc, and helping the floor to clear blue lights.
  • Quality: working on diverts, coaching AA's and audit staging.
  • PG: helping to clear blue lights, helping on the floor and doors, and assigning AA's.
  • Problem Solves and Jackpot: Work with packages that are damaged, clear packages from bends, clearing and picking damages packages from lanes, and re-inducting packages.
