  • Conduct analysis of Manufactured Housing Unit (MHU) Move Out Inspection (MOI) reports to analyze and identify discrepancies in field reports.

  • Ensure the contract terms and conditions are followed and ensuring the contractor(s) are complying in accordance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), according to FAR Subpart 46.103 Surveillance.
  • Conduct Quality assurance on invoicing such as the cost of Manufactured Housing Units and Traveler Trailers.
  • Certify invoices, request clarification or explanations for any charges that are questionable and provide communication to the COR Lead such as reason for rejection or approval to proceed with official submittal of invoices to SharePoint.
  • Function as signature authority for invoices to be approved or rejected. Determine and describe program contracting needs, while complying with the Contracting Officer's recommendations and statutory and regulatory provisions.
  • Serve as a project leader on special initiatives for the Program Office that leads to developments in improving contract oversight,
  • Research and analyze complex problems and make recommendations to resolve complex program contract issues and contract modification requirements.
  • Perform Grant Contract duties by managing the burn-down rates of invoices submitted and working with customers/companies completing corrective actions.
  • Confirm their cost accounting standards are following compliance terms for the contract.
  • Participate in daily Logistics Operational brief-out meetings to provide updates and situational awareness to leadership and management.
