Work tasks included: Electrical Installation

• Operated hand and power tools correctly to minimize risks of damage, shock or personal injury.
• Measured, cut and pulled wire for residential and commercial work.
• Worked under supervision of Journeyman Electrician to learn trade and develop electrical knowledge.
• Lifted and held components in place for electrician to install.

Work tasks included: 12 hour work days, 7 days a week in a high-paced, physically demanding work site. Promoted to QAQC- provided guidance and support for the continued progress of the solar field in both mechanical and electrical scopes.

• Inspected tools and equipment to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Worked on site, installing exterior components.
• Followed instructions and safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Worked independently in fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
• Interacted daily with various project managers, subcontractors, and municipal inspectors to complete construction projects.
• Connected wires to circuit breakers, transformers and other components to create working electrical systems.
• Understood and used proper tools and equipment to install and maintain electrical systems.
• Followed exact direction of electricians to help projects move smoothly and avoid unnecessary rework.
