  • Conceptualized, created, and authored a 2-tiered scalable and sustainable User Management process to address GPO's Transformation/Business Enhancement Tools' User Change needs and provide Usage Reporting and Reconciliation (for accurate AP for vendors) for 2 Smart Assist products - VisualCX and Grammarly deployed across 30+ global delivery programs.
  • Built, trained, and managed a successful and centralized User Management Team of 2 Associates (in PH and IN) to take on UM tasks previously performed by several Directors/SOMs across geos, thereby providing cost savings and efficiency.
