I am an avid reader, I have volunteered at my children's school during library time to help students learn to appreciate books and reading.  I do not have a specific genre that I enjoy over others.  Though I tend to gravitate toward reading books/literature/courses that are related to an issue that is/was current at the time.  This has helped me to greatly improve my knowledge of various topics whether it be related to massage therapy,  administrative duties, customer relationships, business practices, skills learned, or even just random knowledge.  I taught myself how to crochet to help deal with daily stress and to help keep my hands limber.  This skill has also helped me recover from an injury to my hand in 2020.  I enjoy music, I studied the flute throughout school and even took private lessons.  I have helped my children appreciate music of various genres and even encouraged them to tryout and learn any instrument they are interested in. I have an interest in gardening, and learning/implementing new techniques to help improve productivity of my home garden.
