CCA Engine component design:
Executing an engine design suggestion meeting the RFI respective to CCA, using PCA, EPA, and performing components design that meet Industry requirements. (Matlab-Excel-AEDsys-CAD).
- FORWARD SWEPT WING DESIGN:
Designing a proof-of-concept wing for a small UAV with a forward-swept wing design to resist aerodynamic divergence, using dry unidirectional carbon fiber and epoxy materials. while meeting specific requirements surviving maximum lift, limiting deflection and twist while ensuring structural integrity. Key tasks included developing constituent composite models and predicting deflection and angle of twist as well as load to failure, physically laminating the wing. The project emphasizes sensitivity to ply and laminate thickness, with ultimately increasing load failure.
