CCA Engine component design:

Executing an engine design suggestion meeting the RFI respective to CCA, using PCA, EPA, and performing components design that meet Industry requirements. (Matlab-Excel-AEDsys-CAD).

- FORWARD SWEPT WING DESIGN:

Designing a proof-of-concept wing for a small UAV with a forward-swept wing design to resist aerodynamic divergence, using dry unidirectional carbon fiber and epoxy materials. while meeting specific requirements surviving maximum lift, limiting deflection and twist while ensuring structural integrity. Key tasks included developing constituent composite models and predicting deflection and angle of twist as well as load to failure, physically laminating the wing. The project emphasizes sensitivity to ply and laminate thickness, with ultimately increasing load failure.

- 3-D PRINTED AIRCRAFT:

Applying aerodynamic knowledge and understanding how aircraft parts get together (wings, fuselage..), Matlab, Auto Desk Fusion360, PrusaSlicer C-5

-LANDING GEAR TORQUE TUBE FATIGUE ANALYSIS:

 Designing aerospace structural components based on analysis of failure by the mechanisms of deformation, fracture and fatigue., Matlab, Excel

COMPUTATIONAL AERODYNAMICS ANALYSIS APPLIED ON AN AIRCRAFT WING:

 Analysis of airfoil thickness, camber, aspect ratio (AR), sweep angle as well as employing CFD in order to predict viscous aerodynamic characteristics of a wing., Filedview, Fidelity pointwise, Excel, Matlab, Engauge digitizer, CFD LOGITUDINAL PITCH DISPLACEMENT AUTOPILOT, Understanding aircraft control systems, dynamic modes of motion and feedback control to design a pitch displacement autopilot for a learjet flying at a given altitude and match number., Matlab, Excel 

A-10 ENGINE REDESIGN:

 Analyzing the baseline performance of the existing TF34 and create a new engine via the PCA process to maximize its performance (loiter time, max g, and hot-day take-off capability), Mathcad, Excel, Aeydsys
