Full Time - 40 hours per week

• Adhered to infection control procedures to facilitate safe, clean patient environment.
• Demonstrates competency/ proficiency using the nursing process in providing care for patients with complex nursing care needs.
• Collaborated with physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.

• Assess/documents the patient's response to nursing intervention, anticipates potential changes in patient condition and response to treatment, initiating appropriate action and revising the care plan accordingly.
• Updates assessments on a continuum by recognizing changes in patient’s needs and reestablishing priorities in care.
• Implements physician's and nursing orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Full Time - 40 hours per week

• Assists patients in identifying and securing appropriate services.
• Administer medications and procedures per established policies and guidelines
• Preceptor of new RNs on best practices, hospital policies and standards of care.

• Delegates care in a safe, efficient, and cost effective manner.
• Guide and direct others who provide care.
• Refers to, consults with, and makes provision for continuity of care with other health care providers.
• Maintained thorough, accurate and confidential documentation in electronic medical records.
• Oversaw patient admission and discharge processes to coordinate related paperwork.
