Brand Associate
As a Brand Associate, you're the face of Old Navy. You'll be an energetic team player who is passionate about fashion and providing outstanding customer service. Your main goal is to create a positive shopping experience for every customer, making them feel welcomed, and excited about the Old Navy brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement: Greet customers with a smile, offer assistance, and provide product knowledge. Help customers find what they need, and make recommendations.
2. Sales and Service: Drive sales by engaging customers, promoting special offers, and suggesting additional items. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash wrap.
3. Merchandising: Maintain visual merchandising standards by folding, sizing, and displaying merchandise according to company guidelines. Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked.
4. Operations: Assist with markdowns, re-ticketing, and inventory tasks as needed. Follow all company policies and procedures.
5. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals. Support a positive and inclusive work environment.
