Accomplishments
I worked beside my HR Manager, Tracy Pabst, to create, plan, and execute the Wing Fest. The past two years it proved to be the largest fundraiser in Grove City that invited families out to enjoy wings, drinks, music, and games. All coordination of this event took a year from start to finish to plan and is something that brought me recognition. All proceeds of this event went to a non-profit charity that supported veterans in need.
American Nitrile was an empty warehouse upon the beginning of my employment where I came in, as a sub contractor, to build the office equipment. During this time I was offered a full time position and worked with a group of people to turn the warehouse into an operating plant that manufactures gloves. This is an example of the hard work that earned me recognition and the role of Maintenance Supervisor.
