I would also like to add that I have experience working with children up to the age of 12 and with special needs and. My goal in each and every classroom that I encounter is to make every student believe they are loved, cared for, important, understood and heard no matter how big or small. A few things that make my classroom succeed are daily affirmation, we like to start each day with these phrases. "I am kind, I am a good listener, I am strong/ brave, I love myself, I love everyone around me, etc." I incorporate hand gestures to go along with these phrases.
