  • At HBC HR my main focus is on the students who want to come to Hattiesburg clinic to shadow our doctors. I have to make sure they have all of the required vaccinations and immunizations to be able to come shadow. Once they have all of that, I then have to have a short orientation with each student and go over clinic policies and HIPAA.
  • Also, I check LPN and RN licenses and renew them when applicable.
  • I am also in charge of the new hires with licenses. I have to scan them in and add them to our system.
