I started my journey at Tyson Foods as an RTE Tunnel 1 /sanitation team member. Ever since I started I've been eager to expand my knowledge in my work space and take on opportunities to grow and experience more than just my current position. As I kept that motive I moved on to being a machine operator inside Tunnel 1 as well as a peeler. As time passed I moved on to Tunnels 2 and 3 experiencing each position and the difference between the other tunnels and took on any chance to grow and have a better understanding of my workplace. I joined the safety committee and was awarded a Buddy position for my drive to grow within the company and to be a strong employee not only my higher-ups could depend on and trust but my coworkers as well.
