I am a dependable Phlebotomist, effective in managing operations. Successful in encouraging team members to work efficiently and meet production targets. Well-organized, self-motivated, and knowledgeable about successful strategies for managing fast-paced work. Although I have only finished the class portions of my phlebotomy certification which I passed with flying colors, I have been able to achieve 31 extra hours so far on top of the 100 hours needed for my certification & 43 successful sticks apart from the required 100 sticks and 100 hours needed for my certification! I feel confident enough to start working and will provide all recommendations, paperwork, and certifications as needed and when I receive them.
Here is my current availability for this spring and summer:
Monday through Friday I am willing to work the first or second shift depending on the hours, but I would love to discuss that more. I am also willing to work every other weekend if needed.
