In this department I learned to work together as a team with my colleagues and ask necessary questions to be better at my job.I was then promoted to a teller position that included customer care, deposits, withdrawals, cashing cheques and acquiring manager cheques
My familiarity as a teller was outstanding, I learned to be patient with the customers and to empathise with them or give helpful suggestions
These experiences helped me to be better and this encouraged me to help my colleagues during any situation
With a great work environment I was able to successfully promote the different loans available for the customers with the help of my supervisors
The experience and confidence I achieved caused a difference in my work ethic, it was an admirable and smooth transition into making my customer feel satisfied after their transaction
