Dispatcher
1. RPM - 2.33 for 8 trucks for July, 2024. RPM report from EZ Loads for each of my drivers is available.
2. I know how to dispatch trucks under a new MC. I was the first dispatcher working under a newly purchased MC. I made hundreds of set ups through different systems. And I convinced many brokers to give my company a first load (despite the fact that this MC has red flags in their systems).
3. Truck driver - 8 months (reefer):
1) Understanding of truck drivers' way of thinking in different situations and their expectations from the company.
2) Correct log book usage and route planning.
3) Knowledge of driving and parking conditions in all 48 states (including winter period).
4) Understanding of truck internal structure, simple repairs.
5) Possibility to help a new driver with basic moments in his job and to explain how to use all trucker apps
4. I dispatch flatbeds, step decks and 1 RGN (with a flip third axle). I know the differences between the equipment needed and the loads for each type of trailer.
5. Oversize and overweight loads. I know now how to make permits. And I know how to make set ups with DOT in each state, including the required paperwork, etc.
6. Partials - actively taken (including cars).
7. I know the correct consequence of actions to book a load under the MC, which differs from the MC on the side of the truck.
8. I have practical knowledge of how to secure different loads. One of my drivers teaches me how to do it every time he comes to the yard.
9. I speak Ukrainian, Russian and Polish (basic level).
