I have a good amount of construction, plumbing and overall property maintenance and management skills. Besides the jobs and skills mentioned previously. I have built two houses from the foundation to completion. I can do limited electrical work. I lived on my own 20 acre homestead for many years and have lots of experience trouble shooting property maintenance issues. Like road maintenance ( ditching, laying culverts etc), establishing and maintaining water systems, fencing and basically all handy man type of stuff. I am a highly motivated individual that is interested in learning new skills. I pride myself in doing whatever I"m working on to the very best of my ability and usually figuring out how to possibly improve.
