My main goal as an educator is to help students grow and develop. I plan to further students' skills by facilitating engaging and challenging instructions. For this to happen, I aim to ensure the students have a safe and nurturing learning environment. This will help the students develop a love for learning, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and more. As a teacher, I plan to maintain a positive classroom environment that allows students to feel safe and comfortable while learning. I will promote student engagement and socio-emotional development. I plan to further my students' knowledge of English Language Arts while also finding ways for each student to connect with the material.
