• I go over memberships, contracts, payment billings, how the app works, etc.
• I give full detailed tours of the studio when walk ins come in. I have to be able to answer every question about working out in the heat and how it benefits them. Basically always trying to solve whatever their “problem” is with our product leading them to commit to our studio.
