  • In charge of the inventory and qualification of cell-based assay critical reagents used by Analytical Operations and clinical QC groups to support BMS CAR-T cell therapy programs.
  • Help lead a 6-member cell passage team that passages Raji, K562 and MM.1S human cell lines. Duties include thawing new cell lines, making growth media, troubleshooting and executing cell phenotype flow assays monthly.
  • Regularly execute cell-based and flow cytometry routine assays on both clinical and internal study cell samples with the Analytical Operations group. Includes expamer ELISA, Luminex and AlphaLISA cell-based methods as well as cell phenotype, antibody titration and TBMNK flow methods, utilizing the Benching ELN system. Over 200 ELNs approved.
  • Write technical documentation related to assay qualifications and retests, using the JMP software for data analysis. Qualified or retested 20 reagent lots in 2022.
  • Familiar with several types of automation software/hardware, including BD Symphony and Canto cytometers, OneClick, Gen5, JMP, FlowJo and Luminex softwares, FeliX automated liquid handler and Nexcelom cellometer.
