In charge of the inventory and qualification of cell-based assay critical reagents used by Analytical Operations and clinical QC groups to support BMS CAR-T cell therapy programs.
Help lead a 6-member cell passage team that passages Raji, K562 and MM.1S human cell lines. Duties include thawing new cell lines, making growth media, troubleshooting and executing cell phenotype flow assays monthly.
Regularly execute cell-based and flow cytometry routine assays on both clinical and internal study cell samples with the Analytical Operations group. Includes expamer ELISA, Luminex and AlphaLISA cell-based methods as well as cell phenotype, antibody titration and TBMNK flow methods, utilizing the Benching ELN system. Over 200 ELNs approved.
Write technical documentation related to assay qualifications and retests, using the JMP software for data analysis. Qualified or retested 20 reagent lots in 2022.
Familiar with several types of automation software/hardware, including BD Symphony and Canto cytometers, OneClick, Gen5, JMP, FlowJo and Luminex softwares, FeliX automated liquid handler and Nexcelom cellometer.
