At Happy Hippopotamus Daycare of Jefferson, I leveraged my expertise in Early Childhood Education and exceptional interpersonal skills to foster a nurturing environment. I excelled in implementing behavior management techniques and curriculum planning, significantly enhancing children's social and academic development. My proactive approach and dedication to health and safety standards set a new benchmark for daycare excellence.
Before I got into the daycare environment, I was a stay-at-home mother for 10 years. I have four children, and I’ve been with my wife for 29 years. Prior to being a stay-at-home mother, I was a CNA (certified nurse assistant) from 2001 to 2014. I worked in various environments including hospitals, home health, and hospice. I have spent most of my life caring for elderly family members and children. I am a very passionate, hard-working, and caring person. I work very well with others and can provide leadership in a team setting. I believe I would be a great asset in the workforce to any employer willing to take me on as an employee."
