  • Provide cooperation with external city, state or federal agencies when applicable and/or required.
  • Document all issues and/or incidents involving Company property, patrons, officers, supervisors or team members.
  • Ensure that all required documents, statements, reports, logs and any other related paperwork is properly completed prior to the end of the shift.
  • Maintain competent performance in any and all required duties and responsibilities.
  • Complete fairly and accurately, all performance evaluations on officers when required and on time.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times concerning issues with patrons and/or Company operations.
  • This job will assist the Shift Manager, Director and/or Assistant Director of Security in providing overall coordination and supervision of the Security Officers in the absence of superiors.
  • All disciplinary issues that are brought to the attention of the Shift Supervisor will be promptly documented, and the disciplinary investigation of the issues will be assigned to the supervisory staff by either the Director or Assistant Director of the Security Division.
