With over 6 years of customer service experience I have develop many soft skills to help improve my IT skills including: relationship building, organization, sales, conflict resolution, and time management. Plagued with the urge to learn, figure things out and build relationships with customers along with accommodating all of there tech needs. As I feel I do think I have the necessary skills along with the hunger and passion to be excellent at any IT role, since my lack of experience can be a red flag for companies I'm willing to do anything it takes to be the best IT Technician I can be even if that means working for free.

  • While working at Sonic I was promoted to head carhop in charge and my responsibilities were to take the food out to customers, make drinks and I trained and helped other carhops

  • I was in charge for making sure the kids had a great time and stayed safe
  • Working there was one of the best time of my life

  • I started off as a cashier and then after almost a month working there i got promoted to cook
  • And since I was cross trained i worked both whenever needed
  • I would help take orders, bring customers there food and clean and restock whenever needed as a cashier
  • As a cook i would bag orders, make the wings or the fries
  • And i would always help unload the truck and do whatever physical work was needed
  • And I also help train our new people
  • And later down the road I learned how to do paperwork and unload all of our truck orders
  • Then later down the road i became a manager and i would do all the paperwork and handle all customer complaints and questions as well as trained any new comers we had

  • HELP DESK TICKETING - I SELF-HOSTED MY OWN HELP DESK TICKET SETUP WERE I WOULD CREATE A VARITEY OF TICKETS TO CORRELATE WITH REAL SCENARIO TICKETS THAT COMPANIES WOULD GET ON A DAILY, FOR EXAMPLE: PASSWORD ISSUES, PRINTER PROBLEMS, AND PERFORMANCE ISSUES.
  • HOME LAB ACTIVE DIRECTORY - I RECENTLY SET UP A BASIC HOME LAB SETUP TO HELP ME BETTER UNDERSTAND HOW MICROSOFT WORKS AND RUNS. THE HOME LAB ALSO HELP UNDERSTAND HOW PERMISSIONS, USER ACCESS AND NETWORK SECURITY WORKS.
