I am a hardworking and committed individual to the success of others and the team. My experiences at West Point have changed my life for the better and the numerous skills I learned about leadership. I am diverse in many aspects of my education as that is required at West Point, with a focus in Applied Psychology. Through my time at West Point, mental health caught my eye and was eager to understand how that affects individuals. I have seen very good and very bad leadership at West Point, which has played a part in how I form my own leadership style. The goal is not to always be liked, but is to be respected in whatever that may be. Post Graduation I was awarded the opportunity to join and play with the Las Vegas Raiders in the NFL, but had to retire due to physical and mental health concerns. I am now being processed back into the United States Military and will be a commissioned 2nd Lieutenant in the near future on Active Duty. From my childhood to West Point to my few weeks in the NFL, my experiences have gotten to me where I am today. Lastly, my resume does not show any professional work experience due to my time at West Point and not able to work or complete internships because of the time demands as a year around military member, student, and Division 1 Athlete.
