  • Led a pilot program with Swift's Innovation and Product teams and a consortium of financial institutions to address payment fraud challenges using AI-enhanced detection models and collaborative learning initiatives.
  • Defined and managed roadmaps for deploying a Federated Learning sandbox, and establishing a collaborative AWS-based data science environment integrated with Swift’s API platform.
  • Oversaw the setup of an on-prem AI platform for data science exploration and model training, implementing Data Loss Protection controls and leveraging C3.ai, NVIDIA, and KOVE technologies.
  • Managed set-up of AI Governance through an AI Governance Council, and an AI use case inventory, while driving proof-of-value initiatives for M365 Co-pilot and AI-powered code assistant solutions.


Standard Platform Program

  • Directed the migration of 230+ applications, services, and Oracle databases from 3000+ physical HP-UX and Solaris servers to RHEL VM infrastructure, including critical systems supporting Swift's global financial network.
  • Delivered standardized application and database platform architectures, implementing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Nexus, and Ansible, and adopting Infrastructure-as-Code models, reducing deployment times from days to hours.
  • Coordinated 62 cross-functional teams across 10 global organizations and collaborated with Architecture, Network, and Infrastructure teams to build data center segments and network infrastructure aligned with the blueprint.
