• In Sales CRM, we have different departments like Direct Sales, Channel Sales, Corporate Sales, and Distributors. Whenever a customer needs services like mPOS, Cash@POS, Online Payment Gateway, Domestic Money Transfer, Recharges, Bill Pay, etc., the company will collect customer information and create a lead. Lead will subscribe to a plan with the services he wants and pay the charges for it. The finance team will verify the payment, and the customer became a merchant for the company.
