I have more than 5 years of project management experience in various rural infrastructure projects, such as watershed initiatives, school infrastructure development, gravy water management, and G+1 floor public buildings. I successfully managed teams of over 200 skilled and unskilled laborers, ensuring smooth project execution. Coordinating with colleagues and panchayat development officers, I excelled in tasks like estimations, planning, quantity calculations, and project scheduling. Collaborating with senior engineers, I also handled weekly progress reports. My expertise includes site selection using hydrological maps for rainwater harvesting projects. Notably, I constructed a multi-arch check dam to prevent erosion and increase water storage, benefiting the environment. I also oversaw the creation of a unique playground for over 300 students, promoting sports events and physical health. My proactive approach earned recognition, and I received the Best Technical Assistant Engineer Award at the Block level for my community contributions and dedication to work in my previous organization.

Project :1 Site Engineer Intern at Railway Bridge project August 2015- Jan 2016  My role was to monitor the progress of the site and provide the technical information for the casting of pier cap, steel Girder assembles, and launching of steel Girder and providing reinforcement details for deck slab casting.
Project :2 Watershed project August 2016- April 2018
 My role was to select the feasible site with the team and submit a proposal and prepare an estimation, calculate the quantity of material and manpower required for the project and execute the work as per the design and drawing by using resources.
Project :3 Construction of school Infra structure project January 2018- April 2020
In this project there are four villages allocated to develop the basic infrastructure required for school like playgrounds, toilets, kitchen rooms, Garden buildings, etc.
I have designed building structural elements as per guidelines of senior engineer and executed works with appreciated manner as per design within time bound. Project :4 Gravy Water Management project: April 2020-March 2021
In this Project, the Particular area is allotted where we have to identify the Problems Faced by the villages in managing Gravy Water management and provide engineering solution.
After approval from the senior engineers the work is executed by using local vendors materials and manpower’s as per specification.
