Accomplishments

  • Achieved the occupancy goal in order to refinance the loan for The Qs at Towne Oaks during a complete freeze on expenses. I initiated a Property Yard Sale and a Car Wash to raise funds for the site to turn units.
  • My site and team's delinquency and collections procedures were so effective that my Regional Manager asked me to visit all my sister properties to train the Assistant Community Managers in this department to increase rent collections.
  • I trained and guided my previous Assistant Community Manager to be ready when her promotion came available.
