Reduce outstanding self-pay credit balances > 90 days for Acute and Physician to ensure timely resolution, within departmental control, and improve patient experience. Work self-pay credits down to a zero balance as well as work action logs sent to Union from Customer Service. Ensure that traditional governmental credit balances have been actioned timely and appropriately to resolve prior to 60 days, and department maintains less than 5% outstanding credit A/R in excess of 60 days, within department's control. I work reports from top to bottom when I am able to, to help clean up any back log as well as new inventory. While being a SMART, my responsibilities vary. I train new associates that onboard the clients I support, perform quality audits for our domestic and global associates, create tip sheets, root cause within my client, attend meetings to further my education, shadow leadership, assist associates.
