I am a full time treating PTA in the inpatient and swing bed setting. I have been the lead coordinator with program development, referal management, community relations to build relationships with tertiary hospitals. I am in charge of scheduling as well as conducting IDT weekly meetings.

I provide inpatient skilled physical therapy to acute patients to include gait training , stair navigation and training, bed mobility, balance and instruction with most appropriate assistive devices to decrease fall risk and give discharge recommendations to ensure patients safety and proper continuation of services to rerurn to highest leve of independence.

I provided skilled physical therapy to patients in their home enviroment to increase independence and keep patients in their homes and community engaged.I managed daily schedules,help intergrate a falls management program, and communication with nurses and medical doctors as needed to maximize patient experience and outcomes

I satrted as a PTA in skilled nursing homes, providing skilled PT to increase stability,strength with decrease fall risk for both short term and long term care patients. In Sept of 2011 I was promoted to program director initially over seeing daily schedules, customer service to our clients as well as patients amd family members, compliance with Mediacare as well as private insurance policies. I completed interviews as well as on hand training with skill sets as well as documenatation. I was then prompted to Market Director over 17 skilled nursing facilities and 1 swing bed program with duties of customer service, managing compliance with medicare rug levels ,therapist scheduling, medicare meetings and hiring and training staff.
