• Screening potential research candidates based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, obtaining informed consent forms, reviewing concomitant medications and medical histories, and managing study visits.
• Perform tasks such as phlebotomy, processing and shipping laboratory specimens, collecting vital signs and EKGs, recording colonoscopies, and other related duties.
• Manages Case report forms and Electronic data capture systems and responds to queries
• Supports the safety of research subjects, report adverse events and protocol deviations to the sponsor and IRB
• Manage/order Investigational products and lab inventories depending on subject requirements and maintain Ambient, refrigerator, and Frozen temperature logs.
• Extracts & analyzes data from medical charts and Prepares reports for investigators and sponsors on recruitment status and other pertinent study data.
• Participates in interim monitoring visits, internal audits, and external audits/inspections.
• Provide work direction, train research staff to interview/test participants, and conduct interviews to recruit research assistants/coordinators.

• Order/Manage lab and investigational product inventories
• Manages accuracy of data in case report forms
• Tasks such as organizing and storing documents, sending and receiving faxes, and printing out important documents
• Maintain calibration of medical devices and temperature logs
• Provide patient reimbursement using clincard and clinedge platforms
• Medical clerk- Distribute medical charts to the appropriate sections of EHR system
• Ensure patient charts, paperwork, and reports are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Complete medical records request via email, fax and mail per a medical records release with a timely manner
