Team Overview:

Amazon One Medical is a modern approach to healthcare service that combines in-person and virtual care, letting members access medical support on their own schedule. Through the One Medical app, users can book office visits, receive 24/7 on-demand virtual care, or choose one-time virtual visits for common conditions without a membership. As a Telehealth platform partnered with Amazon Pharmacy, it enables patients to get treatment, prescriptions, and renewals for issues like allergies, acne, migraines, and high blood pressure, etc., often with or without insurance.

QA Responsibilities:

• Developed test plans and executed E2E test cases for Promotions feature within the One Medical Pay-per-Visit workflow across web and mobile platforms.
• Performed end-to-end testing for Prime member promotions, validating display and functionality across all placements, checkout, and post-checkout flows.
• Executed E2E testing for new health condition workflows (e.g., Weight Loss) across condition details page, checkout, and post-checkout workflows.
• Performed functional, UI, integration, and regression testing; executed test cases in TestRail and generated daily status reports.
• Conducted manual accessibility testing on Android (TalkBack) and iOS (VoiceOver) using Chrome, Safari, ensuring compliance with Pa11y guidelines.
• Led Test planning and execution for Telehealth features, including video and messaging visit workflows.
• Managed test environment setup across multiple platforms; set up builds using Xcode (iOS simulators/devices) and ADB commands (Android devices)

• Merch on Demand is a print on demand service that enables brands, independent artists, and small businesses to list custom apparel and electronic products for sale on Amazon, with no upfront cost or investment.
• F2 (Fit/Flex) team's mission is to solve the 'Fit Problem' associated with buying shoes and apparel online. We recommend products and sizes that fit and flatter our customers by utilizing ML models and customer purchase data.

QA Responsibilities:

• Created test plans, documented and executed test cases for Merch Custom apparel types (Merch Modify, Merch Modify Front & Back and Merch customizable template products) and follow up features across multiple devices.
• Created test plans, documented and executed test cases for Visual Size chart, Fit model measurements and Fit size recommendations features across multiple devices.
• Managed test environment setup on various marketplaces, conducted weekly project status meetings, and communicated progress to stakeholders through daily emails.
• Led bug triages, participated in launch-readiness meetings, and executed regression test cases while using TestRail, Quip, and SIM for reporting and bug tracking.

Team Overview:

The Prime Video Playback Testing Solutions team's mission is to ensure delivery of a high-quality playback experience to customers and to prevent regressions when a new change and/or feature is released within the Playback stack

QA Responsibilities:

• Created test plans and documented test cases for the 'Next Up' feature for Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power, executing tests across multiple devices and platforms (Android, iOS, Roku).
• Managed test environment setup, deployed test builds using ADB, executed regression tests, and reported results via TestRail, Quip, and SIM.
• Led project meetings, communicated updates to stakeholders, participated in bug triages, and ensured high-quality playback across various devices using tools like Sauron, Kibana, and Aloysius.

Team Overview:

AWS IoT TwinMaker is an AWS IoT service that you can use to build operational digital twins of physical and digital systems

QA Responsibilities:

• Created and executed test cases for AWS IoT TwinMaker and Grafana dashboard, including regression testing, environment setup, and synchronization validation.
• Managed test suites, reported results via TestRail, logged bugs in SIM, and coordinated with development teams for timely fixes.
• Organized daily tasks, tracked project progress, resolved blockers, and collaborated with teams using Quip, while participating in training, bug bashes, and launch-readiness meetings.

Team Overview:

The Amazon Games App Quality Assurance team works on testing the gaming software and backend services tied to downloads, installs, purchases and performance.

QA Responsibilities:

• Created and executed test cases for Amazon Games app releases and new game detail pages, including regression testing and reporting via TestRail.
• Logged and tracked bugs in JIRA, collaborating with the development team for timely fixes and updates to the test suite.
• Led task creation, monitored project progress, participated in training sessions, stand-up meetings, and tested features like Free Games with Prime and Twitch app migration.

Team Overview:

The Amazon Media Group Quality Assurance team works on advertising for Amazon.com, Kindle Special Offers, and amazon Mobile Advertisements

QA Responsibilities:

• Tested Amazon house and client-paid ads on Kindle eReaders, Fire tablets, and mobile devices across various marketplaces.
• Collaborated with development and product teams to create and execute test plans and documented test cases using internal Ad management tools.
• Logged and tracked bugs in JIRA, prioritized time-sensitive ad releases, and managed multiple campaigns simultaneously during peak periods.

Team Overview:

The Online Device Sales team owns the Kindle Device experience on Amazon's website, constantly experimenting and innovating to improve the customer experience

QA Responsibilities:

• Developed test plans, wrote test cases, and performed manual testing on mobile, desktop, tablet browsers, and Amazon shopping app, including end-to-end testing and back-end data validation.
• Logged defects in JIRA, organized bug bashes, participated in triage meetings, and performed regression testing and post-launch issue tracking.
• Led QA during launches, conducting sanity tests, creating launch playbooks, and driving process improvements to reduce defect rates.
