I have 20 years of experience in all aspects of print & marketing, from production to project management & client service. I bring leadership experience, as well as the ability to work well independently or on a team. My organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills have been put to work in many different roles over the years. As a result, I can offer a well-rounded, dynamic and versatile set of skills. My philosophy is to streamline every process to its maximum efficiency so that neither time nor quality are sacrificed.


I currently contract for the BPA through ACS Staffing as a Printing Service Specialist in the Mail and Media Services (NWPP) department. I have found the position to be a perfect fit for my skillset, and my current objective is to continue my growth with the BPA in a permanent federal position.


I am personable, honest, hard-working, dependable, self-motivated and positive. Being on the Autism Spectrum, I bring a unique perspective and outside-the-box thinking that add diversity to any team environment. I take pride in my contributions and love to learn and grow on a daily basis.

Printing Service Specialist - GPO

  • Assess job tickets with complex specifications and requirements, interpret and determine client needs, and identify the most effective use of resources, assets and equipment to produce best results.
  • Operate HP Pagewide XL 8200 and 4100 to provide Direct Print services and produce engineering drawing packages per client specifications.
  • Provide scanning services, file clean-up, re-naming and secure transfer of e-files for ongoing central records projects while maintaining classification and security requirements.
  • Provide bindery services, packaging and marking parcels for accurate distribution to multiple locations.
  • Operate all related Direct Print / binding equipment, including: Konika Minolta Bizhub C654, Challenge large format jogger, Spinnit HL-3 hydraulic paper drill, Staplex industrial stapler, Neopost model 400 jogger, and Challenge I1160 industrial paper cutter.
  • Utilize the following software programs, systems and applications: HP Smartstream, DwgValidator proprietary software, SAP Fieldglass and Process Matters.
  • Cross-trained in small document department to assist with high volume print and bindery projects.
  • Operate all the related Small Document bindery & finishing equipment, including: Neolt Trim130 paper trimmer, Dahle BS5498 paper trimmer, Lassco CR55 corner rounder, Challenge EH3A Paper Drill, Rhino-Tuff Onyx HD-7700 punchers, Rhino-Tuff HD-8000 Wire-o Binder, GBC Modular CC2700 Coil Binder, and Tamerica TCC-2100E Comb Binder.
  • Cross-trained other staff members on all Direct Print processes for producing engineering drawings.
  • Created a procedural process document to assist in cross-training as well as serve as a complete reference manual for all Direct Print procedures for engineering drawings.
  • Maintain communication with front office staff and clients (in person and via phone and email) for clarification on project details and scope.
  • Created a how-to document to educate and assist clients in placing orders and maintaining consistent order entry standards for a more streamlined process on both ends.
