MANDISA PERSICO

Responsible, motivated and enthusiastic educator with 5 years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education. I have spent the last 7 years as part of the Quality Initiatives team at the Early Learning Coalition of Miami Dade/Monroe. During my tenure at the Early Learning Coalition, I have worked with and developed excellent relationships with Agency partners and providers within the community. I have spent the last 5 years working closely with partners in various stages of School Readiness Program Assessments; registering for assessments, making changes to rosters, generating ratings for composite scores in WELS and guiding providers through the Quality Improvement Plan process. Additional I oversee the provider side of the Thrive By 5 Families Forward Child Care Scholarships which is funded by The Children's Trust. I also oversee the Assessment portion of the A$cend Program.

Received the Bright Horizons Family Partnership award in 2013.
